Branding & Identity

Looks people remember. Identity systems built for every surface a customer actually touches.

A logo is not a brand. A brand is every surface a customer touches — the sign outside, the menu in their hands, the delivery bag, the grid, the way the website feels when it loads.

We build the whole system, then we build the things it lives on.

Identity

Positioning first. Who this is for, what it stands against, how it should feel before anyone reads a word.

Then the system: wordmark, submarks, typography, colour, pattern, photography direction, tone of voice. Delivered as a proper guideline document plus every file format you’ll ever need, so the next person who touches it doesn’t have to guess.

Applied design

Where most brand projects stop and most brands fall apart.

Menus. Signage and wayfinding. Packaging and delivery inserts. Uniforms. Print collateral. Social templates. Vehicle wraps. Every one of these either reinforces the brand or quietly undermines it, and they’re usually handed to whoever’s cheapest.

We design them in the same room as the identity.

Rebrands

We’ve taken concepts that were already trading and rebuilt them without losing the customers who already knew them. That’s a different job from starting clean — there’s equity to protect, and knowing what not to change is most of the skill.

Naming

Where a concept doesn’t have a name yet, or the one it has isn’t working. Naming, trademark screening, and domain and handle availability checked before anyone gets attached to something unusable.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

Four to six weeks for a core identity. Eight to ten for a full system with applied collateral.

Do I own the files?

Completely. Full transfer of rights on final payment, with every source file and format.

Can you do just a logo?

We’d rather not, honestly. A logo without a system around it gets applied inconsistently within a month and stops doing its job. If budget is the constraint, say so — we’ll scope something that works rather than something that looks cheap.

What does branding cost?

It depends on scope: a core identity is one thing, a full system with menus, packaging and signage is another. We scope it against what you’re actually launching and quote fixed.

How many concepts do we see?

Two or three directions, developed properly, rather than eight thin ones. Then one gets refined. Showing a dozen options is a way of avoiding a point of view.
