An empty unit
Right now it is a lease and a feeling.
Before anything gets printed we check the catchment, the competition within a ten-minute drive, and whether the name you love is actually free as a domain, a handle and a trademark. Plenty of concepts get named and signed before anyone checks. Sorting it now costs a conversation.

The name goes up
A logo is not a brand. A brand is every surface a guest touches.
Positioning first, then the system — wordmark, type, colour, tone. Then the things it actually lives on: the sign, the menu, the packaging, the delivery insert. That last part is where most brand projects stop and most brands quietly fall apart.

The doors get wired
Under two seconds on a phone, on transit data.
Hand-coded site, no page builders. Ordering and reservations wired in rather than bolted on. And the Google listing built properly on day one — the thing most restaurants get to six months late, by which point a competitor has a head start that takes a year to close.

The food gets shot
Steam lasts about eight seconds. Knowing that is most of the job.
Sauce breaks under hot lights. Half the dishes on any menu photograph badly no matter what you do, and knowing which half before the shoot day is the whole difference. We plate with your kitchen and shoot for the platform each frame will live on.

8 weeks to opening
Opening night
The pre-opening window decides your first month.
Buzz before the doors open, influencer seeding with accounts we have actually vetted, paid running underneath it. Then opening week: coverage, reviews from the first guests while they are still enthusiastic, budget weighted to the shifts that need filling.

Ongoing
A Tuesday in February
Opening well is one thing. Filling midweek in winter is another.
That is the part that decides whether the room is still there in three years. Profile managed weekly, reviews answered, ads fenced to a few kilometres around the door and dayparted to your slow shifts, creative rotated weekly — restaurant ad fatigue is measured in days.
